Effective 8 April 2026, the Home Office have announced that UK passport and visa application fees are set to change. Fees are set to rise across most passport services and main visa categories, some fees are set to be reduced and some will remain unchanged.
This includes categories listed below:
- Skilled Worker visa (3 and 5 years)
- Health and Care Worker visa (3 and 5 years)
- Global Talent visas
- Spouse Visas
- Settlement
- Naturalisation
- Premium services

When will the fees change?
Passport Fees are subject to Parliamentary change but are expected to come into effect as of April 8 2026. All other visa category changes will come into effect as of 8 April 2026.
